FARINO PDF — END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT Agreement version 1.1 | Farino PDF 1.35.0 | Effective 26 September 2026 1. PARTIES AND ACCEPTANCE This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between PT Farino Teknologi Indonesia (Farinotech), GMI Building, Jl. Srengseng Sawah No.4, Kec. Jagakarsa, Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta 12630, Indonesia (“Farinotech”, “we”, or “us”), and the individual or entity installing or using Farino PDF (“you”). If acting for an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind it. By selecting “I accept the agreement”, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to read and retain this Agreement and agree to its terms. Otherwise, select “I do not accept the agreement” and discontinue installation. Purchase terms must be available before payment; installation does not constitute acceptance of an undisclosed material change to an existing purchase. 2. PRODUCT AND ORDER TERMS Farino PDF provides document reading, editing, conversion, and related capabilities on supported systems. The basic edition is available without paid activation, subject to its feature limitations. Pro, Business, and Enterprise provide the capabilities described for the purchased release and edition. This Agreement does not promise unreleased functionality. Your accepted order or invoice identifies the edition, licensed version, payment model, price, taxes, device allowance, subscription term, and separately purchased services. Specifically agreed order terms govern that transaction to the extent consistent with mandatory law. 3. LICENSE GRANT AND OWNERSHIP Subject to this Agreement and payment where required, Farinotech grants a limited, non-exclusive right to install and use Farino PDF for lawful personal or business purposes. Unless an accepted order expressly provides otherwise, each paid license permits one active device. Each activated virtual machine counts as a separate device. Additional concurrent devices require additional licenses. Shared hosting, service bureau access, or use by third parties beyond the licensed allowance requires an appropriate written agreement. The Software is licensed, not sold. No ownership of Farinotech’s intellectual property is transferred. You and the relevant rights holders retain ownership of your documents and their contents. 4. PERPETUAL PURCHASES A perpetual license grants continuing rights to use releases covered by the purchased entitlement, subject to compliance with this Agreement; it does not expire solely with the passage of time. New major versions, time-limited support, hosted services, and additional benefits are not included unless stated in your order. Unless the order states otherwise, perpetual licenses include one year of maintenance from initial account assignment or redemption. Maintenance covers minor releases published within that period and within the licensed major version. Releases published after maintenance expires require renewed maintenance; previously entitled releases remain usable. Expiry of maintenance or support does not itself terminate the perpetual license. Compatibility with future systems or third-party services is not guaranteed. Periodic activation verification is a technical control and does not convert a perpetual license into a subscription or require a new subscription payment to retain valid rights to the purchased version. 5. SUBSCRIPTIONS A subscription remains valid for the paid term shown in your order. Where a key is sold as a number of days from redemption, the term begins upon first redemption to an account. Automatic renewal applies only where its timing, price, cancellation mechanism, and authorization are disclosed and accepted at purchase. Cancelling renewal prevents future renewal charges without shortening an already paid term, except following valid termination under Section 14. After expiry, paid features may become unavailable; basic document access remains available where technically supported. Expiry does not transfer or authorize deletion of your documents. 6. ACCOUNTS, REDEMPTION, ACTIVATION, AND DEVICE TRANSFER Paid activation requires an account at https://farinopdf.com and a valid license registered to that account. A redeemed key is bound to the redeeming account. Safeguard credentials, keys, and tokens; do not share them to exceed the licensed allowance. Activation sends a generated installation identifier, device public key, device label, operating system and architecture, account and license identifiers, edition, and activation status to the licensing service. It does not require uploading PDF contents. This release uses signed device entitlements valid for up to seven days between server verifications. Internet access is required for initial activation, redemption, and periodic renewal. The application attempts renewal when online. A subscription entitlement never extends beyond its paid expiry. Without renewal, paid features may pause after the current entitlement expires; basic features remain available. These connectivity requirements must be disclosed before purchase. A service outage is not evidence of a breach by you. Contact official purchase support if a valid entitlement cannot be renewed. Deactivate the previous device through your account or contact authorized support before activating a replacement. Transfer does not authorize concurrent use beyond the allowance. An issued offline entitlement may remain usable until its verification period ends; immediate revocation of an offline device cannot be guaranteed. Account suspension, revocation, or device deactivation takes effect on successful verification or entitlement expiry, as applicable. 7. PAYMENT AND NO-REFUND POLICY By purchasing after receiving the relevant terms, you agree to the selected edition, license model, price, and transaction conditions. Payments are final and non-refundable for a change of mind, a decision not to use the Software, or an edition choice accurately described before purchase. Voluntary subscription cancellation does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the current paid period. This policy DOES NOT exclude refunds, replacement, repair, or other remedies required by applicable law. Duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, and material discrepancies from the offer will be reviewed against the transaction evidence. No obligation or liability that Indonesian law prohibits excluding is excluded. 8. PERMITTED USE AND RESTRICTIONS You may make reasonable backup copies, install within the licensed allowance, and use and distribute outputs where you have the necessary rights. You must not resell, rent, sublicense, or distribute activation keys without written authorization; forge activation records or circumvent limits to avoid payment; misrepresent the Software’s origin; introduce malicious code; or use it unlawfully or infringe third-party rights. Restrictions on reverse engineering, modification, and redistribution of proprietary code apply only as permitted by law and do not override third-party license rights. Lawful security research and protected interoperability rights are not restricted by this Agreement. 9. THIRD-PARTY AND OPEN-SOURCE COMPONENTS Third-party components remain governed by their respective licenses. Included notices, attributions, and corresponding source materials form part of the distribution. GPL, LGPL, and other open-source terms are not superseded by this Agreement. Rights to copy, modify, redistribute, obtain source code, or take other licensed actions remain effective. Packages containing LibreDWG include relevant notices and sources in CadEngine/source. If terms conflict, the third-party license controls for that component. Commercial distribution does not remove applicable third-party obligations. 10. PRIVACY AND DOCUMENT CONFIDENTIALITY Local processing does not itself grant Farinotech access to document contents. Account and licensing services process information described in the Privacy Notice at https://farinopdf.com/privacy.html for account administration, activation, security, fraud prevention, and support. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes and full license keys as keyed hashes. Service logs may record account actions and connection information. Hosting infrastructure may independently log network metadata. Any feature transmitting document contents externally must disclose that transfer and obtain authorization where required. Acceptance of this Agreement is not consent to unrelated marketing. You are responsible for a lawful basis to process others’ information. Privacy requests may be sent through official purchase support or the postal address in Section 17. 11. STORAGE AND RECOVERY Autosave, recent-file history, cache, temporary files, and recovery may retain copies or changes on your device. Use suitable device protection and privacy settings and maintain independent backups. Removing information from a final document does not remove earlier copies from backups, recovery, system history, or other media. Recovery without loss is not guaranteed under every failure or interruption scenario. Mandatory obligations and remedies remain unaffected. 12. FUNCTIONAL LIMITATIONS AND OUTPUTS Review OCR, translations, summaries, Office/CAD conversions, and reconstructed layouts before official use. Fonts, structure, encryption, scan quality, and unsupported objects can affect results. Identical output across every document and format is not guaranteed. Visual Whiteout or Blackout does not securely remove underlying content. Apply Redact and inspect the result; that operation may rasterize pages and remove selectable text, forms, and digital signatures. A signature image is distinct from a certificate-based digital signature. Certificate trust, signer authority, and applicable formalities require independent verification. Automated analysis is not legal or financial advice or certification of accessibility compliance. 13. UPDATES, SECURITY, AND SUPPORT Maintenance and security updates may be provided under the applicable support offering. Use official distributions and verify integrity. This release verifies signed update information and installer checksums before installation. You control whether an offered update is installed; Windows may separately request administrative consent. Verification does not guarantee freedom from every defect or attack. Support scope and duration follow the accepted order. Report issues with version and reproduction steps; do not transmit passwords, private keys, or confidential documents without an appropriate secure channel and authority. Material changes to purchased rights require legally required notice and consent and do not apply retroactively merely because a website is updated. 14. TERMINATION AND ABUSE HANDLING You may stop using and uninstall the Software. Farinotech may suspend activation or terminate paid rights for a substantiated material breach, with notice and an opportunity to remedy where practicable and legally required. Immediate suspension may address demonstrable fraud or an active security threat, with review through official support. Termination does not transfer ownership of or authorize deletion of your documents, remove mandatory consumer rights, or supersede open-source license rights. 15. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY The Software provides the capabilities described for its version and edition. Uninterrupted operation on every configuration, universally accurate automated results, and prevention of every security incident are not promised. Verify outputs and maintain backups. These statements do not exclude mandatory warranties, remedies, liability for conduct that cannot lawfully be excluded, or statutory obligations. Liability is determined under the relevant facts, valid contractual terms, and applicable law. This Agreement does not transfer all supplier responsibility to the consumer. 16. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES The laws of the Republic of Indonesia govern this Agreement. The parties should first seek resolution through reasonable communication and relevant evidence. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to a competent consumer dispute body, mediation process, or court as applicable law permits. No mandatory consumer remedy or forum is waived. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues where possible without defeating its lawful purpose or mandatory rights. Legally required Indonesian-language counterparts and translation requirements must be observed; this English version does not waive those requirements. 17.
