One license, one device count: online key redemption and app account activation use the same license record. An account can hold multiple keys, and a license can support a custom device allocation.

What happens when perpetual maintenance ends?
Your entitled version remains usable under the license terms. A perpetual purchase includes the maintenance period stated in your order; releases outside that period require renewed maintenance. Subscription usage is governed by its expiry date.
Can I use the same license on several devices?
Yes, if its device allocation permits it. You can purchase separate keys for one account or ask for a single license with a custom device limit. The account portal shows activations and available slots.
Do I need an account for the Free edition?
No. Free does not require activation. Paid licenses are managed online and linked to an account or organization for recovery and device management.
Does a paid edition work offline?
A verified activation can continue under its current offline lease for up to seven days. Internet access is needed for initial activation and periodic verification. Expired, revoked or unverified rights cannot unlock paid tools indefinitely.
Are converted files guaranteed to look identical?
No. PDF and editable formats represent content differently. Complex tables, unusual fonts and CAD dependencies can affect results. Check converted files before publishing; contact us about your typical workflow before choosing a plan.
